STAR
STAR is an anarchic animated comedy about Morning Star, the Devil’s firstborn and biggest pop star on the planet, who’s supposed to harvest souls through his music but can’t even finish his second album. Stumbling through a debauched, hyper-plastic Hollywood with his porn‑star best friend and demon cousin, he slowly realises he might actually be the least evil person in town. Delivered in a 1970s-inspired Saturday morning animation aesthetic, STAR skewers fame, streaming and celebrity worship with musical numbers, cutaway gags and a gallery of demons, pop princesses and apocalyptic boy bands.
